BVPS will help members fight inappropriate Planning Applications, in the first instance send an email with the Planning Application reference number and a brief outline of your concerns, to membershelp@bvps.org.uk.
BVPS will also help non-members fight inappropriate Planning Applications where the scale and type of development could have a negative impact on: a section of the village (multiple households), or the character of the village, or if it impacts our surrounding countryside.
In addition to supporting members and non-members in objecting, we may also write directly to the BFBC Planning Department and object to the Planning Application on behalf of all BVPS members.
This website is intended to help both members and non-members better understand the Planning Process, more easily prepare objection letters and identify and make contact with the right people and organisations.
